Ms. Neaher believes that any attorney can get business, but retaining business is critical. She has proven her ability to do so throughout her 15 years of professional experience by utilizing her customer service and client relations skills. Ms. Neaher, who was raised in Ephrata, Pa., is the oldest of three and the first woman in her family to have a college degree. She pursued the field of law because she wanted a profession that challenged her mind on a daily basis. She felt that becoming a laywer would empower her with the tools to help others who may be taken advantage of, and also allow her to make a contribution to her community. Ms. Neaher considers the highlight of her career to be obtaining her first legal job in Fla. working for the Department of Children and Families; every day of the job she knew she was making a difference in the life of a child. To her, there is no greater accomplishment than that.

Ms. Neaher is currently a senior partner of Neaher & Teuber, PL. Her areas of practice include estate planning, bankruptcy, civil litigation and family law. She is tasked with overseeing personnel, case management, marketing and finance. In the coming years, Ms. Neaher plans to focus her efforts on growing the firm. She holds a JD from the District of Columbia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Shippensburg University. Her professional affiliations include the Lee County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Cape Coral Bar Association and the American Business Women's Association.
