Mr. Kozara is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager who possesses extensive expertise in interpreting law in regard to the disposal of hazardous waste. He is incredibly knowledgeable in blending fuel from organic waste and providing transportation of these products. During his collegiate career, Steven earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Michigan.
